Dress Code

Grades K-6

In grades K-6, students will have the option of wearing khaki or black bottoms, and may wear a short/long sleeve polo shirt or turtleneck (during winter months) in hunter green, black or white.  Sweaters may be worn in hunter green, black or white.  These items may be bought at local stores or will be available for purchase through Rose Uniform Company.  A jumper in the plaid that is the plaid of the high school skirt will be available for purchase from the uniform company.  It will be required that all students buy at least one hunter green polo shirt with school logo through the uniform company.  This will be required attire for special days, i.e. Mass days, field trips, etc.

As the students will not change for PE classes next year, there will be a mandatory PE uniform for students in grades K-6.  The PE uniform will consist of plain black knee-length, lacrosse-type shorts or plain black or gray sweatpants and a gray or green T-shirt/sweatshirt, plain or with school logo.  SAINTS wear is permitted on gym day.  PE shorts/sweatpants/T-shirts will be available through the uniform company, or can be purchased locally.

Students will continue to wear sneakers or other rubber-soled, tie, or buckle shoes that provide support and safety.  If wearing a skirt or jumper, girls must wear white, black or hunter green socks/tights.

Since we know parents sometimes count on getting more than one year out of their children's clothing, or plan on passing them down to a younger sibling, navy, powder blue and red golf shirts will be transition options for 2011-2012 School Year ONLY, as will navy bottoms.
